Participation Agreement

This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”)
is between:

Workroom Collective Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number [Registered Number], with its registered office at 94 Wallasey Road, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH44 2AE (“Workroom”); and

Each participant who registers through the official Luma.com event link (“Participant”).

By clicking “I Agree” or completing registration for the event on Luma.com, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1) Event details

Workroom Songwriting Camp (“Event”)

Date & time: 23 October 2025 at 15:00 (local time, CEST)

Location:
Rekorder Studios, Elektronstraat 21, 1014 AP Amsterdam, Netherlands

Call time:
Participants must arrive no later than 14:30 (30 minutes before the session start).

2) Participation & conduct

Participants must act professionally, respectfully, and safely, follow all staff and venue instructions, and comply with applicable laws.

Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour. Workroom may remove any participant for cause without liability.

3) Media, name & likeness

Participants consent to Workroom capturing photo, video, and audio recordings, and to the use of their name, voice, image, and likeness (“Likeness”) by Workroom and its partners for promotional, archival, and editorial purposes, including use on Workroom’s website, social media, and marketing materials.

This permission is royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide.

Participants can opt out of close-up or posed photography by notifying staff at check-in. General group photos and video may still be captured for documentation.Workroom will comply with the GDPR and Dutch privacy laws, and will offer a simple process to withdraw consent for future use of images when possible.

4) Confidentiality & recording restrictions

The Event may involve unreleased or confidential creative material. Participants may not record, publish, or distribute any non-public material without written permission from Workroom and the relevant rights holders.

No unauthorised recording (audio, video, or screenshots) is permitted during sessions.

5) Creative ownership and splits

All songwriting royalties, publishing rights, and ownership of works created during the Event will be split equally between all attendees in the same writing session. 1% from such works will be allocated to the host as producer (executive producer), for curating and hosting the camp, providing studio space, and facilitating collaborations.

Participants will complete a Session Form on the day to confirm attendance, splits, and any additional credit information.This clause replaces and overrides any verbal or informal agreements regarding ownership unless all participants unanimously agree otherwise in writing.

6) Health, safety & property

Participants confirm they are fit to participate and will inform Workroom in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or health issues that could affect attendance or safety.

In case of emergency, Workroom may arrange medical assistance if necessary.Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for personal property; Workroom is not liable for loss, theft, or damage except as required by law.

7) Privacy notice

Workroom will process personal data for the purposes of event organization, safety, and documentation in accordance with the GDPR and Dutch law.Data Controller: Workroom Collective LtdContact: info@wrkrm.coParticipants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.Full privacy policy: available upon request or at www.wrkrm.co.

8) Warranties & indemnities

Participants warrant they will not introduce any material they do not own or control.Participants indemnify Workroom against third-party claims resulting from their breach of this Agreement or unlawful acts.

9) Liability

Workroom’s liability to Participants is limited to the minimum extent permitted by Dutch law.

Workroom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or profits.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from intent or gross negligence (“opzet” or “grove schuld”) by Workroom or its senior staff, or where limitation is not permitted by law.

10) Force majeure

Workroom is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including illness, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, travel disruptions, or severe weather.

11) Age & capacity

The Event is 18+. If a minor is exceptionally approved to attend, a parent or guardian must provide written consent before the Event.

12) Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

The courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.

13) AcceptanceBy completing registration and clicking “I Agree” on the official Luma.com event page, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.
